Am I a good fit for this practice?

HTPS is well adept in the treatment of a wide range of psychiatric/mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, panic disorders, trauma, sleep disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and stress management. For compassionate and dignified care, HTPS is the right fit for everyone.
However, we do not treat severe mental health disorders, including acute psychosis or chronic suicidality or self-harm.

How do I know I need psychiatric help?

Are you experiencing feelings of intense sadness, lack of motivation or interest, thoughts of self-harm/suicidality that affect your daily optimal functioning?
